Exterior cleaning across the Upper North Shore, from Roseville to Wahroonga: house soft wash, window cleaning, roof and driveway work for homes built under the heaviest canopy in the city.
The Upper North Shore is where Sydney keeps its full-brick Federation homes and Californian bungalows, on deep leafy blocks from Roseville and Lindfield up through Pymble to Wahroonga. Grand estates, terracotta and slate roofs, long shaded driveways, the occasional tennis court. House soft wash is what most of them need, because the canopy that makes the streets beautiful is the same canopy staining everything under it.
The grime here mostly comes down to shade. Lichen spreads across roof valleys until it becomes a proper project, moss grows over the stone steps, driveways go grey-green under the oaks, and the south wall grows a coat by August. Turramurra sits under the tallest timber on the shore, St Ives backs straight onto Ku-ring-gai Chase bushland, and Killara and Gordon get the same slow green from the ridge down. The postcodes differ, but the problem is much the same up and down the line.
We soft wash the render and the roof, never blasting a heritage tile or a sandstone step, and every job gets photographed against a checklist so you can see the before and after without standing in the wet grass. One crew covers the whole line, Roseville to St Ives. Book the outside of the house and the canopy becomes a lot easier to live with.
The same crew and the same checklist, from the North Shore to the coast.

Inside and out, tracks and screens. The squeegee line you can see from the street.

Render, brick and weatherboard brought back without blasting a thing. Ten years of grey, gone by lunch.

Cleared, flushed and photographed. The before you never wanted to see, and the after you will.

Pressure cleaned back to the day they were poured. Sealing available.

A film of grime is a tax on every panel. We take it off, quarterly, and your yield thanks you.

Salt and lichen lifted, the stone left to breathe. Heritage stone, done properly.

Moss, lichen and mould lifted off tiles and Colorbond. Soft washed, never blasted.

Timber, Colorbond and rendered fences washed back. The street side done first.
Booking a one-off? A couple of cleans a year adds up. The Schmick Plan folds the whole exterior into one monthly price and keeps it handled, so you never think about it again.
See the Plan“Couldn’t fault them”
Had the windows and the driveway done. Turned up right on 8, finished before lunch, and the driveway honestly looks brand new. Same guy came back for the gutters last month and remembered our dog’s name. Couldn’t fault them.
“Should’ve done it years ago”
They sent me photos of what came out of our gutters. Revolting. Glad it’s gone. Lovely guys too.
“Came out after the storm”
We’re on their monthly plan. After that big blow in June they were out two days later and sorted everything without us having to chase. Worth it for that alone.
“Honest, which is rare”
Our sandstone wall had gone black and I’d assumed it was ruined. It’s come up beautifully. There was one damp patch he said needed a stone specialist rather than pretending he could fix it, which I appreciated. On time, tidy, very fair on price.
“Neighbours all asked who did it”
Windows are unreal. Two of the neighbours came over to ask who did them before the van had even left the street. Booking was easy and they text you when they’re on the way.
“10/10”
Got the whole outside done before we hosted Christmas. Mum asked if we’d had the place repainted. Showed up when they said, price was exactly what they quoted.
Yes. One crew covers the line from Roseville, Lindfield and Killara up through Gordon, Pymble and Turramurra to Wahroonga and St Ives. If you are under the canopy between the ridge and Ku-ring-gai Chase, we are there.
Start with the quote builder above. It prices your place in about a minute. Blocks and houses on the Upper North Shore vary wildly, from a bungalow driveway to a slate-roofed estate. If anything needs a closer look, we say so at the door before any work starts.
That is the Upper North Shore signature and yes. Lichen on slate and tile, moss on the stone steps, green on the south wall: a proper soft wash lifts it and a plan keeps it from coming back every winter.
That is the point of the Plan. Roof, gutters, house wash, windows, driveway and paths handled by the same crew across your Upper North Shore block, photographed against a checklist so nothing gets skipped.
Tell us the suburb and what needs doing. The same person who would run the job gets back to you, not a call-centre.
