How it works.

  1. Put us on to your neighbour.

    Copy the message below and send it, or just tell them to mention your name. There’s no code to remember.

  2. They mention your name when they book.

    They drop your name in the “Who referred you?” box on the form, or say it on the phone. That’s the whole trick.

  3. You both get $50.

    Once their first job is done and paid, we credit you both $50 off your next clean or Plan month. Your call which.

How do I refer someone?

Tell a neighbour about Schmick and have them mention your name when they book, either in the “Who referred you?” box on the contact form or on the phone. There’s no code to remember. Once their first job is done, you both get $50.

What do we each get?

Fifty dollars each. Your neighbour gets $50 off their first Schmick job: a one-off clean or their first month on the Plan. You get $50 off your next clean or Plan month. You choose which it comes off.

When does the credit land?

After your neighbour’s first job is completed and paid. We apply your $50 to your next invoice or Plan month, and theirs to their first. If you’re not sure it tracked, email hello@getschmick.com and we’ll check.

Is there a limit?

Refer as many neighbours as you like. Every completed referral is another $50 off. We reconcile referrals by hand right now, so there’s no dashboard; a real person checks each one. If a credit is ever missed, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Can I refer a whole street?

Please do. Neighbours booking together is the point. It tightens the route, which is how the Street Rate works. Get a few homes on the same run and everyone saves, not just on the referral.
