Why we do this.
The outside of a Sydney house takes a beating: salt off the harbour, sun on the render, and years of weather most of us stop noticing until we see a photo from settlement day. We started Schmick to deal with that properly. One butter-yellow van, a crew held to an extreme bar for quality, and photos of every job so you can see exactly what you paid for. How does the Schmick Plan membership work?
It's monthly exterior care instead of the annual scramble. Three tiers: Keep at $89 a month, Care at $179, Full Schmick at $329. The same operator returns to your property each visit, and every job closes with a condition report shot against the Schmick Standard.

The North Shore and Eastern Suburbs premium corridor. Mosman, Cremorne, Lower North Shore, Vaucluse, Bronte, Double Bay, Darling Point. Book on the same street as a neighbour and the Street Rate applies.
Should I book a one-off or the membership?
A one-off is right when it's got away from you and you want it back in a morning. The Plan is right when you're done thinking about it. One clean, then a fresh start every visit, the grey never wins. Most harbour-facing homes take salt spray hard enough to want the Plan.
How long does a full exterior clean take?
Most homes are done in a morning. One crew, one visit, the whole outside handled while you get on with your day. This is maintenance, kept sharp on a schedule. Anything that needs true restoration gets flagged in the condition report and referred to a partner.
