Concrete, pavers and stone pressure-cleaned evenly from edge to edge, with sealing available if you want the finish to last.
Windows
Inside and out, including frames, sills, tracks and flyscreens. Streak-free glass, checked from the street.
Gutters
Cleared by hand, downpipes flushed and tested, with before-and-after photos of what came out.
Sandstone
Salt and lichen lifted gently off heritage stone with low pressure and patience, so the stone keeps breathing.
Solar panels
Dirty panels lose around 5% of their output a year. A quarterly clean gets the yield back.
