What we stand for
Done properly used to mean something.
The man who did your windows had his name on the van, and your street was his reputation. Somewhere that got lost. Schmick is the old standard rebuilt: the same crew each visit, an extreme bar for quality and genuine care. We give you back the morning you moved in.
You’ll never see most of it. The bins brought in on the way out. A cobweb cleared that was never on the quote. The gate pulled shut so the dog stays in, drop sheets down, boots off at the door, a text before we arrive and another when we’re gone. You come home to a place cleaner than we found it, and none of it lands on the bill. We’d want it done that way at ours. So that’s how it’s done at yours.
Most of this trade is one man and a pressure washer, here this year and gone the next. We’re building the opposite. A real company, a name that holds its weight, a number your kids could still ring in twenty years. We didn’t start Schmick for a season. We started it to be the standard everyone else gets measured against.
You can teach the squeegee. You can’t teach turning up.
