The Plan, answered.
How does the Schmick Plan work?
You pick a tier and we handle the outside of your home on a schedule. The same operator returns to your place each visit, and every job closes with a condition report shot against the Schmick Standard. Keep is $89 a month, Care $179, Full Schmick $329.
Which plan is right for my home?
Keep holds the basics. Care is where most harbour-side homes land, with the house wash and driveway folded in. Full Schmick is the whole outside handled, same operator, all year. Not sure? Get a quote and we will point you to the right tier.
What are the storm callouts?
When a real weather event hits, a BOM damaging-wind warning, a named east coast low, a declared smoke event, members get a capped callout to put things right. A 14-day floor means it only fires when it counts. Care includes three a year. Full Schmick gets priority response.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Twelve months, then month to month. If we are not the best money your house spends, leave. Founding Streets, the first 100 homes in your suburb, lock the founding rate for life while the Plan stays active.
Do members really skip the queue?
Yes. Spring books out fast. Members are already on the route, so you are not chasing a slot when the whole street wants one. That is the point of the Plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Move up, move down, or pause. Tell us and we sort it before your next visit.
